Team Building Programs

Great teams aren't built in boardrooms alone—they're built through shared experiences, meaningful challenges, and genuine connection. At Grant Griffiths Golf Leadership, we design customized golf outings, executive retreats, and half-day or full-day leadership experiences that combine the game of golf with practical leadership development.

Through on-course play, professional golf instruction, and instructor-led workshops inspired by proven leadership principles and renowned achievers, participants strengthen communication, build trust, improve decision-making, and develop greater confidence both on and off the course. Whether your goal is to enhance collaboration, develop emerging leaders, reward your team, or create stronger workplace relationships, our programs provide an engaging and memorable environment where individuals and teams can learn, grow, and perform at their very best.

Many business leaders get stuck in the hazards of leading. Golf, like leadership, is often viewed as a solitary endeavor. Thinking they are “playing the game alone,” leaders may get stuck managing a problem rather than leading their team to a higher objective. They do not generate the necessary buy-in to attain necessary high performance outcomes. In Team Golf, developing a vision, insuring alignment, and executing a strategy are among the leadership skills explored while learning how to play golf.

Leaders examine the application of our Eight Secrets of Inspirational Leadership to create winning cultures “where everyone wants to feel valued” and “everyone wants to feel part of something bigger”. Team members experience challenging and fun activities both on and off the course that enhance productivity and interactive support. Previous golf experience is not necessary. The program is designed so that the beginner to intermediate golfer will make a significant contribution to their team’s learning and development.
